Job summary

Advanced Green Technologies is seeking a Junior Solar Production Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This onsite role involves coordinating design and construction activities for solar projects, liaising with owners, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in construction PM, solar/renewable experience preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Solar or renewable energy experience preferred.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop design documents with sales engineering and contract docs; coordinate with engineering teams.
• Plan, organize, and schedule activities of construction managers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with building owner to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor and control construction to ensure on-schedule and within-budget execution.
• Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor strategy discussions.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee total construction effort ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
