Neural Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer for the Platform Team to help manage our AWS-based cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters powering our AI capabilities.

You will deploy, monitor, and secure scalable infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement infrastructure-as-code. Collaboration across teams is essential to ensure reliability and rapid deployments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 7 additional years without the degree.
• Strong experience deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Knowledge of observability tooling and security best practices for AI/ML systems.

Software Engineer - Platform Team We're seeking a software engineer to join our dynamic team at Neural Solutions, supporting the AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters that power our AI capabilities. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining and deploying secure, reliable cloud infrastructure while collaborating with other teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting the organization's AI capabilities (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for repeatable, reliable deployments.
• Configure and use observability tooling to monitor the health and performance of production services.
• Support certificate management and adhere to established security best practices for AI systems and data.
• Collaborate with other teams in the organization to provision and configure the infrastructure their services depend on.
• Diagnose and help resolve production infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Python or another modern programming language.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers.
• Understanding of containerization concepts and tooling such as Docker.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services such as EKS, Terraform, and IAM.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm/Kustomize.
• Experience with Argo CD and/or other CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience with the Elastic Stack (Kibana), Grafana/Prometheus, or other observability tools and practices.
• Experience with certificate management.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI hosting concepts.
