Job summary

Ideal candidates have a CS/CE/engineering background with 0–2 years of experience, familiarity with C/C++/Python, Linux/Windows, and Git. A Secret clearance is required, and a collaborative, growth-focused culture is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 0-2 years of software development experience, including academic, internship, or personal project work.
• Experience with at least one high-level programming language (C, C++, Python) and shell scripting.
• Experience in Linux and Windows development environment.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A self-starter, team player with a desire to work with a team of engineers, integrators, analysts, and others in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to maintain an Active Secret Security clearance and the designated security clearance level is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, verify, sustain, and fully document software throughout its lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to learn and apply software best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure software requirements are met.
• Support integration tests.
• Ensure all software is maintained under a rigorous configuration management process.
