Job summary

IBM Software is seeking an early career Software Developer to join our product engineering teams across back-end, front-end, and full-stack areas. You will design, build, and deliver modern, cloud-ready software that powers AI-enabled and hybrid cloud solutions.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to create scalable features for users and the business. You’ll work with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++, using Docker and Kubernetes, and develop UI with React

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript/TypeScript/C++).
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, version control, and testing.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, testing, and maintenance of software components.
• Build back-end services, APIs, or data workflows.
• Develop user interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
• Work with containerized applications and CI/CD tooling.
