Eccalon is seeking a Junior Software Developer in Detroit, MI to support development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals gaining hands-on experience with modern tech, cloud platforms, and collaborative teams.

You will work with Java, Python, or JavaScript, participate in Agile processes, and contribute to API integrations, documentation, and code reviews while growing your skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of software development experience, incl. internships or academic projects.
• Experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Basic web dev, databases, and Git knowledge.
• Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Familiarity with React/Angular is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
• Interest in cybersecurity or government tech projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
