Job summary

NagraStar LLC is seeking a software engineer for the Special Projects team. You will build secure, scalable applications across server and client layers using Java/Spring, Rust, Golang, and JavaScript, contributing to architecture and shipping features used by hundreds of thousands of users.

Collaborate with QA, design robust services, and embrace agile practices while balancing long-term design with short-term delivery to meet evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with software, web service, or web application development.
• Proficiency with Java and the Spring framework.
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in Rust, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C.
• Ownership mentality and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask under changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities
