Job summary

CGI is seeking a Front End/Back End Full Stack Junior Software Engineer in Greenville, SC. You will design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the full stack with 1–3 years of experience.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and senior engineers to deliver high‑quality user experiences, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools, AWS, and DevOps practices in a global, collaborative environment.

Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Full Stack Junior Software Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in frontend and backend development using modern technologies, along with exposure to AWS cloud services and DevOps practices. This role involves designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high‑quality applications across the full stack to deliver real business value. The candidate should be capable of ensuring applications are stable, scalable, performant, and secure across environments.

Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools is required, with the ability to leverage these tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and testing efficiency.

The candidate is expected to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and senior engineers to refine requirements and deliver intuitive, high‑quality user experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment is essential.

Exposure to data and BI tools (such as Databricks, Power BI, or similar) is considered a plus, with the ability to support analytics‑driven insights where needed.
