Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking a Junior SharePoint Power BI Analyst to support our government customer at NAS Patuxent River. The role focuses on SharePoint administration, dashboard development, and data visualization to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain SharePoint solutions and Power BI dashboards, assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and end-user support in a government setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 1–4 years of experience
• Experience in dashboard production, data visualization, or SharePoint support preferred
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform tools required
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities desired
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a government environment

Responsibilities

• Assist SharePoint Development Team with maintaining site collections
• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions to meet business needs
• Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint apps and features
• Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports
• Manage dashboards, datasets, and connections
• Provide end-user guidance for dashboards and SharePoint tools
• Assist with workflow automation and Microsoft product integrations
• Support process improvement initiatives through technology
• Troubleshoot issues and document procedures
