Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Chandler, AZ is seeking a recent or soon-to-be graduate for a hands-on engineering role supporting new product introduction and test activities. You will prepare data, run evaluations, document results, and help coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with test, design, manufacturing, and quality groups to enable readiness, maintain engineering records, and contribute to product quality and learning. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on lab work or student project experience is a plus.
• Familiar with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools; willingness to learn quickly is important.
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Exposure to Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programming is a plus

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product introduction or test engineering activities by preparing data, running evaluations, and documenting results.
• Assist with setup, qualification, troubleshooting, and coordination of technical tasks across teams.
• Work with test, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to enable readiness and issue resolution.
• Help maintain test plans, reports, and engineering records for project visibility.
• Contribute to smooth development execution, technical learning, and product quality.
