Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Security Operations Analyst I in Denver to monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity events across the enterprise. You will triage alerts, conduct Tier I analysis, and work with SOC, MSSPs, and IT teams to strengthen detection and response capabilities.

The role supports vulnerability management, regulatory compliance activities, and ongoing improvements to security tooling and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Foundational cybersecurity concepts and incident response principles.
• Experience with security monitoring, investigations, and triage.
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, SOX or similar frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and triage security alerts from enterprise platforms.
• Perform Tier I analysis and escalate as needed to Security Engineering.
• Collaborate with SOC, MSSPs, and IT teams to improve detection and response.
• Develop and maintain alert rules, dashboards, and incident playbooks.
• Support vulnerability management and regulatory evidence gathering.
