Job summary

New York Edge in Queens, NY is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing administration, development, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and the Salesforce Lead to maintain system integrity, implement new functionality, and support integrations across key business systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a production environment.
Experience with Apex (triggers, classes, and basic asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components.
SOQL / SOSL including relationship queries and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup and case management.
Maintain data integrity through imports, deduplication, and validation rules.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for program, finance, and leadership teams.
Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support end-user training and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
