Wayne Premier Construction is seeking an entry-level canvasser to join our field team for construction and roofing projects. You will be outdoors, visiting neighborhoods, delivering marketing materials, and learning our sales process with on-the-job training.

Compensation includes a generous annual pay range with monthly bonuses and commissions, with training provided. You will help drive residential and commercial project opportunities while developing valuable field sales skills.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday - Friday 11am-7pm and Saturdays.
• Must have personal transportation.
• No prior sales or roofing experience required.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Willing to knock doors and work outdoors.

THE ROLE:

As an Entry Level Canvasser, you'll have the autonomy to:
