We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed—with full training, a 100% remote environment, and industry‑best compensation.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr

What You’ll do

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind)
• Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
• Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships.
• Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way).
