3MG Solutions, LLC is hiring a Jr. Roofing Sales Representative to generate leads, meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide customers from inquiry to signed agreement. You will represent 3MG in the field with a professional approach while building product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

The Raleigh-based role offers a base salary plus commissions, uncapped earnings potential, paid training, and room for growth as the company expands across markets.

Position Summary

As a Jr. Roofing Sales Representative, you'll generate leads, meet with homeowners, perform roof and property inspections, and guide customers through the roofing process from initial conversation to signed agreement. You'll represent 3MG in the field with a polished, professional approach while building your product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable on roofs).
• Communicate clearly to educate customers on the roofing process and solutions.

• Develop strong knowledge of roofing products, services, and basic insurance/retail workflows.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (capable of transporting a ladder).
• Comfortable getting on roofs and working outdoors.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a coachable mindset.

• $70,000-$125,000 per year on average; top earners exceed $150,000++.

Location

• Report to the Raleigh office as needed and work primarily in the Greater Raleigh - Durham area.
