Job summary

The role involves coordinating data collection, maintaining records, and working closely with a PI and research team to deliver results. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior research experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills essential.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic databases.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates data collection and ensures data integrity and timely reporting.
• Performs tasks requiring familiarity with protocols, techniques and equipment.
• Maintains and updates records, reports and files as required.
• Assists with preparation of abstracts, presentations, and publications.
• Attends meetings and may take minutes.
• Conducts literature searches related to projects and expands knowledge.
• Schedules meetings or study visits and logs work performed.
• Assists with collection, storage, and shipping of biological samples.
• Maintains records in accordance with IRB/WIRB and sponsor requirements.
• Fosters collaborative, team relationships to support goals.
