American Power & Gas is hiring a Junior Representative for an onsite, full-time role in sales and customer service. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with paid training and ongoing development.

The position emphasizes inside sales, telemarketing, and helping residential and commercial customers with green energy solutions. Ideal candidates are entry-level to experienced, with strong communication and teamwork skills, ready to grow in a fast-paced environment and enjoy weekday

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs, answering questions, and guiding through the process.

• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.

Job Title: Junior Representative

Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level, Mid-Level, Experienced

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per week (Base + Commission)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (No weekends!)
