Job summary

Cayuse Holdings seeks a Religious Freedom Analyst, Junior to monitor global developments in religious freedom and support embassies and bureaus. You will draft documents, manage data, and engage stakeholders while traveling as needed to gather information and inform policy decisions.

Must have an active SECRET clearance, pass a background check, and possess strong research and briefing skills. Role involves coordinating with leadership and reporting to the Program Manager in a professional

Qualifications

• Familiarity with policy research and analysis in international relations/affairs.
• Knowledge of human rights and religious freedom laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of research methods to validate and interpret diverse information.
• Familiarity with various religious traditions and dynamics.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review information from diverse sources including media, NGOs, civil society and classified reporting channels.
• Travel periodically to assigned countries/regions for information gathering and monitoring.
• Compile and contribute information to the International Religious Freedom Report.
• Prepare information for entry into relevant computer systems to inform policy and visa decisions.
• Brief officials and draft/edit written products on religious freedom developments.
