Job summary

Pghflagfootball is looking for individuals to join their Junior Referee Program in Pittsburgh. Ideal candidates are former youth league players with knowledge of flag football. No prior refereeing experience is necessary, but professionalism and punctuality are key.

The program includes pre-season training both online and in-person, and participants will receive a referee shirt, flag, and whistle. Compensation ranges from $11 to $14 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have played flag football between ages 15 to 18.
• Experience as a referee or stat keeper is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in officiating local youth flag football games.
• Ensure the game is conducted professionally and fairly.
