Job summary

Apex Warehouse Systems in Denver, CO is seeking a Junior Racking Installer to assist the assembly and installation of pallet racking and material handling equipment. This hands-on role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering on project goals.

You will work with the installation team, operate a range of hand and power tools, and travel as needed to project sites. The ideal candidate is hardworking, coachable, and eager to grow in warehouse construction.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) installation and/or construction is required.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, pallet rack design, and material handling equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to properly operate and utilize a variety of tools and heavy equipment.
  • Safety training and/or equipment operation certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and on individual tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached on new skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb, kneel, and lift up to or in excess of 50 lbs. regularly.
  • An optimistic, team-oriented attitude focused on WINNING for our customers.
