Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an early-career Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on applying quality systems, analyzing data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

A two-year technical degree in Quality or related area is preferred, with a four-year degree welcomed. Candidates should have an interest in quality, manufacturing, and problem-solving, and be eager to grow in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, machining drawings, or statistical software is a plus.
• A four-year technical degree is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives.
• Create graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation.
• Help investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
