Job summary

David Yurman is seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate first runs of production and development test samples. You will participate in the production approval process, perform XRF analysis on components and finished goods, and assist in sample library transitions.

The role focuses on jewelry inspection, documentation, and cross‑functional feedback. Requirements include 2–3+ years jewelry experience, strong detail orientation, and solid written communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years jewelry experience required.
• Experienced working as part of a Team.
• Knowledge of jewelry inspection process is a must.
• Attention to detail with ability to work on long-term and short-term projects, including the ability to inspect merchandise for corrective action purposes as required.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
• GIA or similar gemology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Title: Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

Reports to: Manager, Quality Assurance

Overview

The Junior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating the first run of production and product development test samples for David Yurman product.

Location : Lyndhurst, NJ office

Work Schedule: In office Monday through Friday 8:00a-5:30p EST (occasional Saturday needs)

Estimated Pay Rate: $29.80-$32.22

Base pay is one component of David Yurman's total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
