EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our team. You can work from Thessaloniki or Athens offices, or remotely. The role focuses on translating requirements into test cases, executing tests, and contributing to QA process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and translate them into clear, structured test cases.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and system engineers to ensure software quality.
Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, usability, and quality of applications.
Document and report test results, defects, and improvement suggestions in bug-tracking tools.
Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and assess stability under load.
Perform basic security testing using OWASP ZAP or similar tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools and practices.
Stay curious and proactive in learning QA methodologies and security principles.
