Job summary

YinzCam in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Platform Support QA Analyst to ensure quality across mobile apps, websites, OTT platforms, and other digital products. This is a hands-on, in-office role focused on identifying UI inconsistencies, usability issues, and defects before release.

You will work closely with Product, Design and Helpdesk teams, document issues with clarity, and contribute to test plans and regression testing. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual QA testing on mobile apps to identify issues and document bugs and UI inconsistencies.
• Perform manual testing of mobile apps, websites and OTT platforms.
• Identify, document, and reproduce software defects with clear reports.
• Review interfaces for visual consistency, layout, spacing, typography, color, and branding.
• Evaluate UX and identify usability/navigation improvements.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
• Develop and maintain manual test cases and plans for multiple platforms.
• Validate new features against requirements and design specs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Developers and Helpdesk to communicate issues and improvements.
• Prioritize issues by user impact and severity.
• Respond to fan support emails with timely resolutions to enhance fan experience.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and quality signoff.
