We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Purchasing Data Analyst to support our procurement team. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting purchasing data to help improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic sourcing decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable with spreadsheets, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow in a data-driven supply chain environment.

While a hybrid schedule may be considered, in-office work in Carlsbad, CA is required. Local candidates will be given priority.

The requirements are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• SQL or other data query languages preferred.
• Experience with ERP or procurement software a plus(Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory management principles preferred.
• Machine learning and Generative AI experience is a plus.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with construction management software a plus.
