Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations and enhancements for global clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

You'll develop project plans, manage schedules and risks, facilitate governance, and support go-live activities. Strong communication with technical and senior business leaders is essential; PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology, transformation, or engineering-related programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong planning, resource coordination, risk management and delivery governance.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with technical and senior leaders.
  • Experience with external vendors/partners and distributed teams is a plus.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects with quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and third-party vendor teams to drive collaboration and program success.
  • Facilitate governance activities, including reporting, communications, steering committees and reviews.
  • Oversee testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities for smooth transitions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks with proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong relationships across technical and business teams to foster alignment and delivery discipline.
