Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating the development and production of leather goods and accessories, working closely with design, production, and procurement teams.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure project timelines are maintained by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables for product development cycles.
  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, obtain quotes, and monitor production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Cost Management: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the production process.
  • Documentation: Maintain project files, including timelines, production notes, materials, samples, and supplier agreements.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on leather goods and accessory trends, and support the design team by offering insights into current market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions to mitigate project risks, including delays or material shortages.
