Job summary

Beacon EmbeddedWorks, based in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking a Project Manager I to coordinate internal execution projects across Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations. This entry-level role reports to the VP of Operations and offers growth into larger program management responsibilities. Location: Eden Prairie, MN office.

Starting Salary Information: $68,000+. This position emphasizes structured planning, cross‑functional teamwork, and attention to schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to two years in project coordination or project management, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal Beacon execution projects between Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones for assigned initiatives.
• Track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines; flag risks and delays to stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings; publish agendas and notes.
• Monitor progress and maintain project documentation according to requirements.
• Identify resource needs and constraints across functions.
