Job summary

A Team Pacific Roofing, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our construction and project management team.

This role focuses on project administration, organization, communication, and coordination, working with Project Managers, shop personnel, field teams, and our mainland office. We offer exposure to all aspects of construction project management and are looking for someone highly organized, eager to learn, and capable of building a long-term career within the construction

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous administrative, project coordination, or construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Experience with Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with daily project management activities.
• Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
• Prepare, organize, track, and distribute project documents.
• Record, monitor, and analyze project-related data.
• Coordinate material deliveries and document distribution.
• Support office administration and clerical functions.
• Attend subcontractor and project meetings.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
