Job summary

EXANTE is seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to partner with internal stakeholders and shape the right solution. You will own delivery end-to-end from scoping to rollout.

You'll manage a diverse project portfolio across business divisions, translate needs into clear Jira tickets, and keep stakeholders informed through the delivery cycle. Fluent English and fintech experience are a plus.

About the role

You will work closely with internal stakeholders alongside Senior Project Manager to uncover the real problem behind each request, define the expected business value, and shape the right solution. Delivery is owned end to end, from scoping and prioritisation through IT coordination to acceptance and rollout.

What you will do

• Support the delivery of a diverse project portfolio across business divisions, from initial request to go-live.
• Run requirements discovery with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into clear, actionable Jira tickets.
• Assess and prioritise requests against company objectives and the wider project roadmap.
• Act as the key point of contact between business and IT, so that development teams have full context and get timely answers.
• Engage adjacent teams where their input or impact is relevant.
• Track progress, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed throughout the delivery cycle.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, guide stakeholders through validation, and secure sign-off.
• Prepare project presentations, management reports and status updates.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for colleagues on internal processes and automation tools.

What you will bring

Must have

• A solid understanding of how a fintech or brokerage business operates, and genuine interest in financial markets and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels and aren’t afraid to ask the questions that matter.
• A strong sense of ownership. You make decisions, take responsibility, and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to process large volumes of information and turn them into structured, actionable plans.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You bring ideas forward and present them clearly and convincingly.
• Eagerness to learn and the resilience to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Fluent English, our primary working language.

Nice to have

• Russian language skills.
• Prior experience in project management, business analysis or a similar coordination role.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and their business applications.
• Basic knowledge of trading and financial instruments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), sprint planning and effort estimation.
