Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent education and experience.
• 0–2 years of related experience; pharmaceutical or CRO experience preferred.
• Strong English proficiency; proficient with Microsoft Office; experienced with accounting software; Oracle Finance preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to handle confidential data; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Load project budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard and maintain project data in Oracle/systems.
• Draft actual vs. budget/forecast variance analyses and monthly reports.
• Forecast monthly financial results ( backlog ) and meet submission deadlines.
• Prepare project close-out reconciliations and review Work Orders/Change Orders.
• Consolidate results with the Unit Controller and draft key reports (costs, revenue backlog, gross profit).
• Attend project meetings to capture data for setup and participate in monthly project reviews.
• Monitor revenues, gross profit, receivables, and unbilled amounts across projects.
