Qualifications

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
Maintain organized project documentation using consistent filing systems.
Assist with drawing and specification control and distribution.
Prepare, track, and distribute submittals and RFIs.
Support material and equipment tracking and verification.
Document project meetings and follow up on action items.
Assist with change order documentation and justification.
Support subcontractor coordination and field communication.
Contribute to project closeout documentation.
Perform basic material quantity takeoffs.
Follow safety protocols and support a strong safety culture.
Actively seek learning opportunities and professional development.
