Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant employment preferred.
• Relocation may be required for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Document control including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist and support the project team with daily coordination.
• Procure construction materials as needed.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate subcontractors and survey/project layout.
• Capture weekly progress photos for reports.
• Manage construction equipment and safety program.
• Assist with project estimating where required.
