Job summary

Lunda Construction Co., a Tutor Perini Company, in Wisconsin seeks an Entry-Level Project Engineer to support project teams, assist with scheduling, interpret drawings, and help ensure on-time, safe delivery of civil and heavy/highway projects in Milwaukee or Black River Falls.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff, gain exposure to design reviews, quantity takeoffs, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives across our

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering field
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Prior construction or heavy civil experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Support project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and field staff
• Interpret drawings and specifications to support field execution
• Assist with schedule coordination and critical work items
• Support monthly billing, cash flow forecasting, and change order processing
• Coordinate with QA/QC team and subcontractors
• Verify work aligns with drawings, codes, and specs
• Assist with RFIs and design/work plan reviews
• Support safety initiatives and OSHA compliance
