Job summary

Mubea in Michigan is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Sales & Engineering team by coordinating, tracking, and documenting customer programs from RFQ through mass production launch. You will work with project engineers, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing to keep program files up-to-date and ensure on-time milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-2 years experience in engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing support
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with company/customer systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open items simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project readiness tracker across active customer programs, supporting on-time milestones for OEM/Tier 1 accounts
• Prepare customer program status updates for internal and customer-facing reviews
• Coordinate tooling requests with Celaya, Mexico manufacturing plant and track material orders
• Format and upload technical and commercial documentation and ensure version control of records
• Gather market/tech data to support business development presentations
