Job summary

MEMBERS ONLY in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Junior Production Technician to support a new production facility in advanced manufacturing and additive technologies. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment while assisting experienced technicians with material handling, printer support, and basic post-processing tasks.

This entry-level role offers opportunities to learn and grow into more technical positions.

Qualifications

  • No prior manufacturing experience required.
  • Previous warehouse, shop, production, or general labor experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized workspace
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Interest in manufacturing, 3D printing, or advanced production technologies is a plus
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment through regular sweeping, cleaning, and removal of scrap materials and debris
  • Assist Advanced Manufacturing Technicians with printer material changeovers, including swapping spools and restocking pellets at robotic cells
  • Move, stage, and organize raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility
  • Perform basic post‑processing tasks such as drilling, deburring, and cleaning printed parts
  • Manage waste and recycling bins and support housekeeping of common work areas
  • Assist with material handling and general labor tasks as needed to support production goals
  • Help restock consumables and organize tools, bins, and storage areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Support team members wherever needed to help keep production running efficiently

Key Responsibilities
