Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level professional support in planning a production schedule for designated products.
• Consolidate customer forecasts; input and validate MPS/MRP data.
• Manage parameter reporting for designated products.
• Ensure alignment of customer purchase orders with production scheduling.
• Assist with product End-of-Life analysis and action plans.
• Coordinate shop order releases and materials kitting requirements.
• Identify parts shortages and expedite material or approve substitutions.
• Track shipments to the customer and notify planners of issues.
• Provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) approvals.
• Learn ERP and office systems; apply basic math and 10-key skills.
