Job summary

Balboa Water Group is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support planning, development, and lifecycle management, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive product launches and updates. The ideal candidate will learn our products, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and participate in cross-functional efforts.

With 0–2 years of related experience, you will help gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and support pricing and positioning for our wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of product management, engineering, or related experience; internships welcome.
• Exposure to OEM customers, electronics, or water/wellness markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Gather customer feedback and competitive research to support product requirements, pricing, and positioning.
• Support cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and launch to product updates and end-of-life activities.
• Work with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to track action items and support product development, documentation, and launch plans.
• Help prepare sales tools and training materials and support product adoption with the Sales team.
• Track product performance, pricing, costs, and customer feedback to help identify improvement opportunities.
