Job summary

Corelle Brands in Kentucky is seeking a Jr. Procurement Specialist to support the Byhalia Facility and Corporate Office through the full lifecycle of procurement, including PRs and POs. You will partner with the Raw Material Procurement Manager on sourcing, planning, and inventory.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, supplier relations, and adherence to safety policies, with opportunities to identify cost-saving measures and improve procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience partnering with suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of corporate purchasing.
• Advanced SAP and MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Independent work ethic and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Confirm order receipt and adjust PIRs as needed.
• Ensure PR/PO process compliance with requisitioners.
• Adjust PO quantities and dates based on demand.
• Serve as primary contact for MMDC vendors.
• Plan and schedule raw materials from forecast.
• Collaborate with packaging suppliers on demand.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Uphold safety and security policies.
