Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions from production data.

Responsibilities

Assist with monitoring daily production trends and analyzing process performance.
Participate in weekly process routines and performance reviews.
Collaborate on process optimization projects to increase efficiency and quality.
Collect and analyze data from cement manufacturing stages (raw materials, grinding, kiln, milling).
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Assist with 5S improvement projects and downtime reports.
Track technical and operational training in weekly updates.
