Job summary

Olsson is seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer in our Power Systems group to support critical infrastructure projects for technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will gain hands-on experience in power system analysis including short-circuit studies and arc flash, with opportunities for site visits and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Must obtain Engineer Intern cert.
• 0-4+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Prior SKM or ETAP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter to take on a variety of tasks to best serve the client and their project work.

Responsibilities

• Support critical infrastructure projects for technology clients and mission-critical clients.
• Develop expertise in power system analysis (short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash).
• Evaluate electrical distribution systems and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and conduct site visits and data collection for studies.
