Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support low-code solutions for Navy programs. The role requires active U.S. Secret clearance and experience with Flankspeed governance and DoN security policies.

You will build Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions, integrate with DoN systems, and ensure secure data handling. On-site collaboration with mission stakeholders is expected in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
  • High School Diploma (minimum).
  • 1 year programming/web development experience preferred.
  • At least 6 months Power Platform production experience.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for Navy missions and admin workflows.
  • Integrate solutions with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors and patterns.
  • Ensure compliance with Navy security policies and accreditation requirements.
  • Implement Dataverse data models and secure data access with role-based controls.
  • Perform testing, validation, and support production cutover.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and optimize performance.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide documentation and training.
