Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking a planogram/merchandising role that focuses on in-office, hourly work four days a week. The candidate will create planograms used by Reset Merchandisers and analyze space data with Excel to support retail strategies.

Responsibilities include space management, reporting development, and ensuring planograms meet visual standards while maximizing brand space based on sales performance. Strong Excel and data-mining skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising experience or an Associate’s degree.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA), Apollo/Symphony, or EYC Space Management is a plus.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
• Identify and leverage relevant data to diagnose situations.
• Conduct data mining using CPG math concepts and tools.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and merchandising analysis for assigned categories.
• Develop and maintain client-specific reporting on performance vs strategies.
• Create planograms meeting customer and client visual standards while growing brands.
• Data management: collect, organize, and secure data.
• Ensure data source quality and accuracy, coordinating with BI teams.
• Perform user-acceptance testing for space-management tools.
