Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geography, Public Policy or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ArcGIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and property owners with neighborhood planning and preservation programs.
• Prepare and quality-check GIS maps, boundary exhibits, parcel lists, and tables.
• Process applications, maintain electronic case files, and track milestones.
• Support staff with community meetings, public hearings, and applicant consultations.
