Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking enthusiastic pickleball coaches for after-school and summer camps in the Bay Area. You will lead beginner-friendly pickleball/tennis sessions for elementary students (K–5) at various school sites, with training and equipment provided.

Positions are part-time, in-person, with afternoon schedules and a potential for extended hours during summer camps. Join a team focused on making fitness fun and accessible for kids.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Teaching or playing Pickleball experience preferred but not mandatory.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
• Good communication and class management skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have valid work permit to work in USA
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided).

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company.
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
