Qualifications

• Proficient in Aries for Windows, PHDWin, Microsoft Office.
• Evidence of strong business judgment, communication, leadership and integrity.
• Financial Industry background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough due diligence activities with the client and Agent Bank technical teams to confirm prudent projections.
• Obtaining data for engineering evaluation from customer's personnel and analyzing data for validity.
• Preparing memos that summarize evaluation results, risk assessment, and collateral characteristics.
• Communicating RBL results and risk assessment to the loan committee.
• Assisting clients in preparing engineering information for syndication for Agented deals.
• Assisting in marketing efforts by making outside calls with Relationship Managers to generate new business.
• Screening potential new loans for viability.
• Collaborating with the Senior Petroleum Engineer and Credit Officers on valuation processes and risk methods.
• Initiating recommendations to improve efficiency of engineering software and hardware.
