Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is hiring a Junior Pet Stylist for our grooming salon. You will begin with a ten-week training program learning bathing, drying, nail trimming, and brushing under seasoned groomers.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year animal-related experience preferred
• High-school diploma or GED preferred
• Genuine passion for animals and grooming
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning under supervision
• Ensure the well-being and safety of every animal in the salon
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe grooming area and sanitize tools and equipment
• Schedule grooming appointments and maintain accurate grooming records
