Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a System Architect to design, configure, and implement Pega-based solutions under senior guidance. You will develop foundational Pega components, support integrations, and learn evolving platform capabilities.

You will work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Pega configurations while following guardrails and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Foundational experience with Pega application development (case types, rules, workflow automation).
• Basic knowledge of software engineering principles and lifecycle concepts.
• Exposure to Pega PRPC, Dev Studio, App Studio, or Designer Studio.
• Ability to translate requirements into simple Pega configurations with guidance.
• Introductory exposure to integrating Pega with external systems (APIs, services, connectors).
• Familiarity with version control, Agile practices, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and configuration of Pega-based solutions under direction of senior architects and developers.
• Develop, configure, and implement basic Pega components (case types, flows, UI rules, data transforms).
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system specs and data needs.
• Follow Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Seek guidance while building independent technical capability.
• Troubleshoot entry-level Pega issues and escalate complex problems.
