Responsibilities

• Document service requests and change requests with dates as evidence of release, evaluation, approval, and implementation.
• Track and record security release dates, assessments, implementation status, and related mitigation plans.
• Ensure patch management processes are documented and compliant with policies.
• Ensure patch management activities are tracked and approved within change control.
• Coordinate with teams and application owners to evaluate security releases and plan implementation.
• Participate in patch coordination meetings with status updates.
• Produce patch compliance reports and maintain metrics for distribution and status.
• Use automated tools to assess patches, validate remediation status, and support improvements.
• Support audits and regulatory requirements by compiling necessary documentation.
