Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Open-Source Practitioner (Jr) Language Enabled for a position at Patrick SFB, Florida. The role focuses on OSINT collection, exploitation, and reporting to support force protection and DoD objectives.

Ideal candidates will have TS/SCI w/ Poly, government OSINT training, and 2+/2+ DLPT language capability, with experience in deep web and social media analysis and a shift-work environment.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly.
• Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302).
• Foreign language capabilities of 2+/2+ DLPT or better.
• 4+ yrs demonstrated intelligence experience w/ BA/BS.
• Experience utilizing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools including Berber Hunter Tool Kit apps (SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, Babel).
• Demonstrated experience in OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or exploitation of PAI or social media.
• Prior military or government analytical training (e.g., all source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT).
• Knowledge of signature reduction and experience collecting/exploiting from deep web and dark web information.

Responsibilities

• Operate under a shift work environment.
• Conduct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via OSINT tools.
• Exploit social media and publicly accessible databases.
• Produce OSINT Reports and related network analysis products.
• Gather, analyze open-source intelligence supporting Army mission objectives.
• Coordinate with other intelligence disciplines to produce finished intelligence products.
• Provide formal recommendations on emerging OSINT methodologies and tools.
• Respond to Requests for Information and brief senior personnel as needed.
• Contribute to OSINT training curriculum development and oversee related planning.
