• The Patent Litigation Team provides comprehensive patent litigation solutions, including offensive and defensive strategies in competitor v. competitor matters, and defense against lawsuits brought by non-practicing entities.
• The practice represents clients across various sectors of the global economy, such as telecommunications providers, computer software and hardware providers, financial institutions, and manufacturers.
• The team's lawyers often hold advanced degrees in engineering and the sciences, enabling them to quickly understand clients’ technologies.
